The site aims to present a little-known theologian in the West. St. Gregory Palamas was a Monaco, a mystic and Archbishop of Thessalonica. His work can be considered the fulfillment of the Eastern theological tradition, and his thinking is in fact part of the great Greek patristic tradition and develops the insights. Palamas is now considered the most important theologian of the Orthodox Byzantine Empire and one of the largest orthodoxy. His doctrine has deeply marked the Orthodox religious consciousness, as demonstrated by the fact that, after his canonization, the East celebrates his feast on the second Sunday Lent, after the "Sunday of Orthodoxy".
